HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

2. OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER: SEND THE COMPLETED RA FORM TO THE ABOVE E-MAIL ADDRESS. ONCE THE FORM HAS BEEN RECEIVED, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH YOUR RA NUMBER AND THE RETURN ADDRESS.

3. SEND THE MERCHANDISE: REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE ISSUED ONCE MATT & NAT HAS RECEIVED THE RETURNED ITEM AT THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IN STEP 2. THE RA NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY INDICATED ON THE BOX BEING RETURNED; OTHERWISE IT WILL BE REFUSED AT THE DESTINATION.
